Head of FP&A
Join our fantastic team with a solid reputation on Microsoft Dynamics expertise showcased in our solution ExFlow, the forerunner of AP and invoice process automation.
As Head of FP&A at Truvio, you'll build the group's financial planning and analysis function from the ground up, establishing the processes and models that will support our continued growth.
This is a rare opportunity to build a modern FP&A function in a fast-growing international SaaS company. Truvio has grown quickly through the coming together of several established businesses, and as we enter our next chapter as one unified company, there's a real opportunity to shape what FP&A looks like going forward. As Head of FP&A, you'll be the one to lead that build.
About the role
Establish and build a modern FP&A function in a fast-growing international technology company.
At Truvio, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of FP&A who wants to build something from scratch rather than optimize something that already exists. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll take ownership of establishing the group's planning and forecasting model: budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI and SaaS-metrics frameworks, and business performance analysis. You'll work closely with senior management and collaborate with Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations teams across the group. If you're motivated by the challenge of building a finance function's foundations in a scaling, PE-backed business - we'd love to hear from you.
Your impact
As Head of FP&A, you'll be responsible for building the group's planning and forecasting capability essentially from the ground up, combining hands-on execution with longer-term structural thinking. You'll turn a currently fragmented finance landscape into a scalable, single source of truth for the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establishing and owning the group's annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-range strategic planning where no unified process currently exists.
Developing and maintaining integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
Consolidating plans across business units and legal entities in the jurisdictions where the group operates.
Delivering timely and accurate monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary to the CFO, management team and Board.
Defining, tracking and reporting on key financial and SaaS metrics, such as ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, churn, CAC, LTV and gross margin.
Acting as a trusted finance partner to commercial, product and technology leaders, supporting pricing, investment and go-to-market decisions.
Building business cases and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives, new markets and product investments.
Supporting M&A activity, including valuation analysis, financial due diligence and post-merger integration and synergy tracking.
Designing and implementing scalable FP&A processes, planning tools and reporting automation where today there is little to none.
Establishing standardized reporting templates, planning frameworks and data governance across the business.
Driving automation and optimization initiatives within the finance function, including the responsible use of finance technology and AI.
Building, leading and developing the FP&A team as the function scales.
Who you are
You're a senior finance professional who genuinely enjoys building rather than maintaining. You thrive on bringing order to complexity, and you're energized by the early-stage work of designing processes, models and frameworks rather than inheriting a finished playbook. You combine deep financial expertise with strong business acumen and a proactive, pragmatic approach.
You bring:
A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant FP&A, controlling or corporate finance experience, ideally combining a fast-growing international SaaS or technology organization with a leading audit firm, consultancy or investment bank.
Proven experience building FP&A functions, teams and processes from scratch or near-scratch in a scaling, global organization.
Proven ability to partner with senior executives and business stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
Extensive experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, with a demonstrated ability to design business-oriented, scalable planning frameworks where none previously existed.
Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription business models and their key metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, net revenue retention, CAC, LTV, gross margin).
Experience consolidating financials across multiple legal entities and currencies.
Proficiency with modern FP&A, BI, AI and ERP tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI); experience with dedicated planning tools and finance automation or AI is a strong merit.
Strong commercial mindset and the ability to balance financial rigor with business objectives.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Swedish is a merit.
Why Truvio?
At Truvio, you'll have the opportunity to build something meaningful, literally. This is a highly visible role where you won't just improve an existing FP&A function you'll define what it looks like from day one, influence company strategy, and lay the financial foundations for an ambitious, PE-backed international technology business.
You'll work in a collaborative environment where ownership, innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged and where the person who builds FP&A is trusted to shape how it's built.
If you're looking for a role where you can combine financial leadership, technology and genuine builder-impact, we'd love to hear from you.
