About the Role

As a Workplace Support Engineer, you’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless, secure, and efficient IT experience for our employees. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, managing devices, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes- all while leveraging modern tools like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on IT support for PCs, peripherals, and applications (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook)
Manage device onboarding and configuration using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Oversee the full device lifecycle: procurement, setup, compliance, patching, inventory, and disposal
Handle employee offboarding, including device recovery and account deprovisioning
Administer user access across systems (Entra ID, Business Central, CRM) following approved processes
Own and resolve IT support tickets while maintaining clear communication with users
Create and maintain IT documentation, guides, and runbooks
Support security best practices (MFA, conditional access, endpoint compliance)
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors across EMEA and globally
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years in end-user or workplace IT support
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Experience with Microsoft Intune (Autopilot is a big plus)
Familiarity with identity and access management in Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience working with ticketing systems and documentation
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
Solid understanding of endpoint security (MFA, compliance, least privilege)
Excellent communication skills—technical and non-technical
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
ITIL Foundation certification
