In the role of an IT Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our IT strategy, partnering closely with the CTO to ensure technology fuels growth, resilience, and innovation across the business. From cybersecurity to cloud, from governance to digital transformation, you’ll own it.

You’ll have the mandate to shape IT governance, prioritize investments, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure technology empowers every part of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals

• Lead secure, scalable, and high-performing IT operations across infrastructure and applications

• Drive cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance at the highest level

• Oversee enterprise architecture, integrations, and digital platforms

• Own IT budgets, vendor strategy, and cost optimization

• Build and inspire a high-performing IT leadership team

• Champion digital transformation and innovation initiatives

• Ensure business continuity and resilience through robust planning

• Hybrid cloud and multi-tenant management

What You Bring

• At least 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leading role as the current position and the experience with AI-governance.

• A strategic mindset with hands-on leadership experience

• Proven ability to align IT with business growth and transformation

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise systems

• Experience leading large-scale IT organizations and complex ecosystems

• A passion for building teams, driving change, and delivering results

• ISV & SaaS product Lifecycle Experience overseeing infrastructure and pipelines to maintain & scale.

• AI Implementation readiness a forward-thinking approach to AI to support and implement custom AI models into our business.

• Vendor & Microsoft partner management skills in navigating the Microsoft ecosystem and managing enterprise-level licensing.

• Agile change management comfort leading a fast-paced SaaS environment.
