About the Role

As a Solution Architect at Truvio, you will deliver scalable ecommerce solutions across the EMEA region. In this client-facing role, you will be the key in translating business objectives into innovative technical solutions. Your deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will drive success for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and superior outcomes.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding our commerce solution architecture and best practices.

  • Facilitate workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify business needs and align on solution strategies.

  • Present solutions clearly and compellingly to both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain documentation on solution architecture. Support pre-sales activities by providing insightful, business-focused solutions and estimates.

  • Lead AI implementation across our delivery processes to enhance solution effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and viability of solutions and successful project delivery.

  • Define, estimate scope and document solution architecture aligning with both business requirements and technical feasibility as part of the project team delivering client implementations.

  • Coordinate with ERP partners for coherent and integrated solutions, particularly those involving Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform capabilities, and Dynamics 365 F&O integration patterns.

Your background

Experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar advisory role in ecommerce or related sectors.

  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture and integration.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices in relation to ERP systems.

  • Experience in leading workshops and facilitating discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer business needs.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust.

  • Keen attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design.

  • Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application, with the ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI in business and technical solutions.
