As part of Truvio’s Sales Operations team in Sweden, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales organization by ensuring efficient processes, high data quality, and accurate deal execution!
About the role
As part of Truvio’s Sales Operations team in Sweden, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales organization by ensuring efficient processes, high data quality, and accurate deal execution.
You will act as a central link between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Partners, ensuring that deals are structured correctly, contracts are aligned, and processes run smoothly from deal to invoicing.
This role is focused on operational excellence, CRM management, and enabling Sales to work efficiently and at scale.
What You’ll Do
Your work will focus on supporting and enabling Sales through structured processes and high-quality execution:
Support Sales in structuring and validating deals in CRM
Ensure data quality and completeness throughout the sales process
Review quotes, contracts, and commercial setup for accuracy
Manage handover to Finance to ensure correct invoicing
Handle contract setup, amendments, and partner-related configurations
Support and enforce Sales processes and CRM governance
Act as a point of contact for operational questions from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
Contribute to process improvements and ongoing CRM (HubSpot) development
You will primarily work in HubSpot, along with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

You will be part of the global Sales Operations a close-knit team that supports the entire sales organization. The team works closely with multiple departments and plays a key role in ensuring structure, consistency, and scalability across regions.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar roles
Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial structures
High attention to detail and a structured way of working
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar is a plus)
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward
