About the Role

As a Senior D365 F&O Developer (ExFlow), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to build scalable, high-quality ERP solutions.

You won’t be limited to X++ — depending on your interests and project needs, you may also work with the Power Platform, SQL, C#, .NET, and Azure technologies.

What You’ll Do

· Develop and maintain X++ code for new features, customizations, and extensions

· Create and maintain technical designs based on functional requirements

· Contribute to and influence functional design decisions

· Build integrations with external systems and data sources

· Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging technical issues

· Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables

· Support deployments, upgrades, and migrations in D365 F&O environments

· Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers across teams

· Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices

· Optionally participate in the Architect Board

What We’re Looking For

Required:

· 5–7 years of experience in D365 F&O / AX development

· Strong experience with X++

· Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and GitHub

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

· Experience with AX 2012

· Knowledge of D365 Finance / Supply Chain Management

· Experience with LCS and troubleshooting

· Power Platform experience

· C# / .NET Framework knowledge

· Azure and SQL experience

· Experience with integrations and distributed teams (near/offshore)

· Post-secondary education in IT, Systems Science, or similar
