Role Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics AX/D365 Consultant to deliver ExFlow solutions to our clients. This role requires a strong finance background, particularly in Accounts Payable, and the ability to understand and improve business processes. The consultant will work on both on-site and off-site projects, supporting implementations, training, and post-go-live activities.

·Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout all stages of engagement.

·Support pre-sales activities as needed, providing technical expertise and guidance.

·Plan, manage, and execute implementations to scope, schedule, and budget, delivering value-added solutions.

·Conduct client workshops to capture business processes, requirements, and system design needs.

· Collaborate with users to formulate, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.

·Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend optimal practices, system functionality, and improvements.

· Develop functional specifications, system documentation, and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.

· Configure, set up, and maintain ExFlow applications to meet client requirements.

· Provide formal training sessions and ongoing support to internal teams and clients.

· Liaise with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions on time.

· Design and execute data migration strategies to ensure accurate and seamless system transitions.

·Utilize project management methodologies to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.

· Create and execute system test plans to ensure solution quality, integrity, and alignment with client needs.

·Use data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for software design and development.

·Act as a central reference point for project decision-making, providing guidance, support, and expertise throughout implementation.

· Provide go-live and post-live support, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of solutions.

· Configure and implement ExFlow modules and deliver comprehensive user training.

·Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

· Execute data migration strategies, prepare go-live plans, and provide post-implementation support

Qualification and Skills requirements:

· At least a bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business or equivalent is required.

· One year plus experience in a related field

· Driven to continually improve your personal skills and improve both our business and our clients’ businesses.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong team‑leading skills, including the ability to support other team members in achieving their objectives.

• A clear ability to organize your own time and resources.

• Effective and clear written communication skills.

• Effective communication with senior management as well as junior staff at our clients.

• Salary: AUD 77,000 – 100,000 plus superannuation.
